Please give a shout out to the amazing first responders of our Rives Township Fire Department! Recently our field caught fire from a nearby neighbor burning tree trimmings. Our Fire Department responded immediately and had the fire under control in short time so it would not endanger any nearby trees, out buildings or my home. I am grateful to have such a great group of volunteers protecting our community!
