PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

3/12/2025

The Rives Twp Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed township budget for fiscal year 2025-2026 at 8682 Lansing Ave, Rives Jct, MI 49277, on 3/19/2025 at 5:00PM. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of the budget is available for public inspection at 348 E. Main St, Rives Junction MI 49277.

Further, a special meeting will be held immediately following the public hearing.

The purpose of the special meeting will be to approve payment of invoices, approve payroll for specific employees, and multiple budget-related items such as (but not limited to) approving the 25-26 fiscal year budget and adopting relevant resolutions for the same fiscal year.

The Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon reasonable advance notice.
