Review and approve minutes June 3 , 2025 regular PC meetings.
Review and approve minutes of June 23, 2025 regular PC meeting and public hearing for 8605 Lansing
Ave. for home-based bakery operation.

Business:

1. Conduct Public Hearing for conditional use permit for 6798 Fosland Farms Drive, Jackson,
Michigan for Group Day Care Home
2. Hear preliminary request for conditional use permit application for 6387 Lansing Ave. Jackson,
Michigan for essential services / Fuel Station.
3. Continue Review of Section 7 of Zoning Ordinance and update as appropriate with help from Kade
Peck, planner from Region 2.
