Review and approve minutes of September 22, 2025 regular PC meeting.

Business:

1. Review application for Private Road off State Rd.
2. Finalize review of Chapter 17 of Zoning Ordinance and update as appropriate with help from Kade Peck, planner from Region 2.
3. Set date and time for Public Hearing for proposed update of Chapter 17 of Zoning Ordinance.
