RIVES TOWNSHIP PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the mandatory public accuracy test for
the voting equipment to be used at the August 6, 2024 Primary Election has been scheduled for July 5, 2024 at 2 pm at Rives Township Office,
348 W. Main Street, Rives Junction, MI. The purpose of the public accuracy test is to determine if the system’s programming and
computers that will be used for tabulation of results of the election are accurate and count the votes in the manner prescribed by law.
