RIVES TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

The Rives Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 2, 2024 at 7 pm. It will be held at the Fire Station, 8682 Lansing Ave. Rives Junction, Mi. 49277
The hearing will be for Michael Thulin for request of a Variance for a 24×24 pole barn garage directly at the end of the driveway with 9-inch walls and 4-12 roof pitch. Pole barn will be too close to property line. Requesting variance. His property is located at 12004 County River Drive, Rives Junction, MI. Parcel # 000-03-04-375-002-00. Written comments may be directed to the Rives Township Clerk, 348 E. Main St., Rives Junction, Mi. 49277, through June 28, 2024
