RIVES TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

The Rives Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 3, 2024 at 7 pm. It will be held at the Fire Station, 8682 Lansing Ave., Rives Junction, MI. 49277
The hearing will be for Anthony Baker for request of a Variance to attach a 32×48 garage to the existing garage on north side of building. He is 16 ft from north side lot and requesting a variance due to setbacks. His property is located at 8587 Rives Junction Road, Rives Junction, MI. Parcel # 000-03-29-101-008-00.
