RIVES TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS HEARING

The Rives Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2024 at 7 pm. It will be held at the Fire Station, 8682 Lansing Ave. Rives Junction, Mi. 49277.

The hearing will be for Gregg Johnson for request of a Variance for a 24×22 garage SW Corner of the back side of his house. The front would be 16ft from property line and the back will be 14ft from the property line. His property is located at 12016 County River Drive, Rives Junction, MI. Parcel # 000-03-04-375-005-00. Written comments may be directed to the Rives Township Clerk, 348 E. Main St., Rives Junction, Mi. 49277, through June 28, 2024
